Positivity is in short supply. Let’s feed it. This week was probably one of the most stressful weeks of my life for years – new business, moving house, planning for the future and yet I’ve never felt such a sense of freedom, of purpose and of excitement towards the future. In the face of adversity and challenge it always pays to be the better human and rise above it. Focus on your future outcomes and watch out for when you are digging trenches in the past. The future is bright because it is your for the taking. Embrace it. Eliminate negatively in your life and surround yourself with people you enjoyed spending time with. You are the sum of all the people in your life.
