NLP Representational Systems Test

In NLP, your representational system is the way you naturally process and store experience. Most people have a preferred system — a primary sense through which they filter the world.

This test identifies your preference across the four systems:

• Visual (V) — you think in pictures and images
• Auditory (A) — you think in sounds and words
• Kinaesthetic (K) — you think through feelings and physical sensation
• Auditory Digital (AD) — you think in logic and internal self-talk
